Privacy Policy — English

Last updated: October 2026. This section summarises the Hebrew policy above and adds the terms that apply to data we receive from advertising and social platforms. If the two versions differ, the stricter protection for you applies.

Who we are

Ethnix Systems (אתניקס מערכות) is a digital marketing and automation business in Israel, owned by Yarin Yehoshua Harush (exempt dealer no. 324226687). Contact: ethnix.systems@gmail.com.

Data from Meta, Google and TikTok

We work for small businesses that hire us to run their advertising and social media. A client gives our business account partner access to its own ad accounts, Pages and profiles, and can remove that access at any time. Through the official APIs of Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google (Google Ads and Search Console) and TikTok, we access only the assets the client shared with us, and use the data only to provide the service that client asked for:

• creating and managing the client's campaigns, ads and posts;
• reading performance reports (spend, reach, impressions, clicks, results) for the client's dashboard and monthly report;
• delivering lead-form submissions to the client's own lead dashboard, so the business can contact the people who asked to be contacted.

We do not sell this data, do not use it for advertising to anyone else, do not combine one client's data with another's, and do not share it with third parties except the service providers listed below, who process it on our behalf. We may use AI tools to analyse aggregated campaign performance and to draft ad copy; personal data from lead forms is not used to train AI models.

Ethnix Systems' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Where the data is kept

Our servers are hosted by Hetzner Online (Germany). Our application database is provided by Supabase. Automations run on n8n. Data is encrypted in transit, and access is limited to Ethnix staff serving the client.

How long we keep it

Platform data is kept only while we provide the service to the client. It is deleted within 30 days after the client ends the engagement, removes our access, or asks us to delete it — except records that the law requires us to keep.

Data deletion instructions

You can ask us to delete any data we hold about you or your business at any time:

1. Send an email to ethnix.systems@gmail.com with the subject “Data deletion request”, and include the name, phone number or email address the data relates to.
2. We confirm receipt and complete the deletion within 30 days, and reply when it is done.
3. Businesses can also remove our access themselves at any time: in Meta Business Settings → Partners, in Google Ads → Access and security → Managers, and in TikTok Business Center → Partners.

People who submitted a lead form to one of our clients may also contact that business directly; we will act on its instructions.

Your rights

You may access, correct or delete your personal data, and complain to the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority. We answer every request within 30 days.
